Cloudmouse offers a limited warranty on all products purchased through our official online store. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under Italian and EU consumer protection laws.

 

1. Warranty Period

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is required by the laws of the country in which the product was delivered.

 

2. What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the product.
If a product shows visible external cosmetic defects (such as scratches, cracks, or deformation) upon delivery, the issue must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.
To qualify for inspection, the product must be returned unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether the returned product is in its original new condition.
Claims will not be accepted for cosmetic issues reported after 14 days or for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

 

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
    • misuse, neglect, or abuse of the product;
    • accidents, impacts, or natural events (fire, flooding, lightning, etc.);
    • normal wear and tear;
    • unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modification (hardware or firmware);
    • use contrary to the product’s instructions or safety warnings.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official store at https://cloudmouse.co.
If you purchased a Cloudmouse product from a third-party reseller, please contact that seller directly for warranty assistance, as their terms may differ.

 

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and covered by this warranty, please contact our support team at support@cloudmouse.co.
Include the following details:
    • your order number;
    • the product name and/or serial number;
    • photo or video evidence of the defect;
    • a photo of the product and its original box showing the serial number.
We may request additional photos, videos, or supporting information to assess the defect.
If the required materials are not provided, we reserve the right to reject the warranty claim.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective product for examination.
When this occurs, Cloudmouse will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
You must provide accurate return details and ship the defective unit promptly; failure to do so may void the claim.
If your claim is approved, we will replace the product free of charge.
If replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

 

5. How Local Law Applies

Depending on your country of residence, local consumer laws may grant additional rights that extend beyond this warranty.
For EU consumers, statutory warranty rights under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, Articles 128–135) apply and are not affected by this Policy.
In particular, consumers are entitled to a two-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased in the EU.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logicsun Sas shall not be liable for:
    • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
    • loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;
    • any damages arising from product misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product, or, at our discretion, the refund or issuance of store credit.
Nothing in this Policy limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

 

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on https://cloudmouse.co.
Continued use of our products or services following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Warranty Policy.
