These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://cloudmouse.co (“Site”) and the purchase of products through the Site.
The Site is operated by Logicsun Sas di Martina Chiggio & C, with registered office at Via del Giglio 27, 47841 Cattolica (RN), Italy, VAT No. 04045410406 (“Logicsun Sas,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
For sales to consumers within Italy and the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce, and the applicable data-protection laws (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended) apply.
By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.
Logicsun Sas: the owner and operator of the Site and the seller of products.
User: anyone browsing the Site.
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any trade, business, craft, or profession.
Customer: any person or entity making a purchase (consumer or professional).
Consumers enjoy all mandatory rights provided by Italian and EU law. Professionals are subject to the provisions of the Italian Civil Code.
The Site allows users to:
• view information and specifications about Cloudmouse products;
• purchase products online;
• create, where available, a user account to manage orders and personal data.
The product range, features, and prices may change over time. The online offer is primarily addressed to users located in Italy and the EU, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, layouts, software, code, databases, and designs) is the property of Logicsun Sas or used under license and is protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any Site content without prior written consent from Logicsun Sas. Limited personal, non-commercial use (printing or downloading for reference) is permitted.
Where account registration is available, you must:
• provide accurate, complete, and updated information;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Logicsun Sas may suspend or delete accounts used unlawfully or in violation of these Terms. Creating accounts via automated means or using another person’s identity is prohibited.
We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However:
• images are for illustrative purposes only;
• slight variations in color, finish, or size may occur;
• availability is subject to change;
• prices may be updated without notice.
These disclaimers do not affect your statutory rights regarding product conformity.
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. Before checkout you will see:
• the total product price;
• applicable taxes and duties;
• shipping and any additional fees.
If a manifest pricing error occurs, Logicsun Sas may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
Customers select desired products and add them to the cart.
The order submitted constitutes a contractual offer.
The contract is concluded when Logicsun Sas sends an order confirmation email including order number and summary.
Logicsun Sas may reject orders in cases of product unavailability, incomplete information, or failed payments. Any amounts paid will be refunded.
Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other electronic systems).
The Customer must have the necessary authorization for the chosen payment method. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
If the Customer requests an invoice, they must provide complete billing details (company name, address, VAT number, and electronic invoicing code/PEC). Invoices are issued in accordance with Italian tax regulations.
Products are shipped to the address specified at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the order process.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or force-majeure events.
Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the packaging and product condition. Visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier and promptly to Logicsun Sas with photographic evidence.
For non-EU deliveries, import duties or customs fees (if any) are the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at support@cloudmouse.co, specifying your order number and the items you wish to return.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, at the Customer’s expense, in their original packaging and condition.

Logicsun Sas will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding express options), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds may be withheld until we receive or verify the goods.
Withdrawal is excluded for personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, or unsealed items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (Art. 59 Consumer Code).
Consumer purchases are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee under Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.
Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
Consumers are entitled to free repair or replacement; if impossible or disproportionate, they may request a price reduction or contract termination.
For professional customers (B2B), only the Italian Civil Code warranty applies.
Users must not use the Site to:
• perform unlawful or fraudulent activities;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• extract data via automated systems (scraping) without written consent;
• send unsolicited commercial messages.
Violation may result in suspension or permanent blocking of access.
Any suggestions, comments, or materials submitted to Logicsun Sas (“Contributions”) grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for service improvement and marketing purposes, without obligation to compensate.
The User warrants they hold all necessary rights and that their submissions do not violate third-party rights or laws.
Personal data are processed in compliance with the EU GDPR and Italian data-protection laws.

The Site is intended for users aged 14 or older; purchases can only be made by adults (18+).
Logicsun Sas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect upon publication and apply to subsequent use or orders.
Orders already completed remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logicsun Sas shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages;
• loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
• service interruptions due to force-majeure events.
Except where liability cannot be excluded (e.g., willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury), total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Logicsun Sas against any third-party claims arising from unlawful use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For EU consumers, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s domicile or residence.
For non-consumer (B2B) clients, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Rimini (Italy).
EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., product descriptions, prices, availability).
Logicsun Sas reserves the right to correct or update such information at any time without prior notice.
By using the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically (via email, web pages, or account area).
Where legally permitted, such communications satisfy the “written form” requirement.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
Logicsun Sas may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties. The Customer may not assign theirs without prior written consent.
