This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (“Terms”) and should therefore be read together with them.

This Policy governs all product shipments made by Logicsun Sas di Martina Chiggio & C, with registered office at Via del Giglio 27, 47841 Cattolica (RN), Italy, VAT No. 04045410406 (“Logicsun Sas,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
All orders are processed and shipped by or on behalf of Cloudmouse. We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery worldwide, while complying with Italian and EU e-commerce regulations.
Shipping methods and rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:
• the selected shipping option;
• the package’s weight and dimensions;
• the destination country.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier delays.
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking information as soon as the order has been dispatched.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team packs and prepares it for shipment.
• Standard processing and handling time: 1–3 business days.
• During peak periods (such as holidays or high order volumes), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the courier’s service level.
We currently ship to:
• Italy and all EU countries;
• The United Kingdom;
• Selected international destinations outside the EU.
Orders are shipped from our Italian logistics center or from EU/UK partner warehouses, depending on the delivery address.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout and remain the customer’s responsibility.
The customer must also comply with all applicable import laws and regulations in their country of residence.
Logicsun Sas has no control over such charges or delays resulting from customs processes.
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, the courier responsible for your shipment will notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
For customers within the European Union or the UK, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
All shipments are insured during transit.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@cloudmouse.co.
To qualify for replacement or refund, you must report the issue within 75 days from the date of your order.
A lost or damaged order may require verification or approval by our insurance partner before replacement or refund. This process may take several business days.
A package is considered lost if:
• For domestic or EU shipments: no tracking updates for 20 days after dispatch, or 14 days after the last update if 20 days have passed since shipping.
• For international shipments: no tracking updates for 30 days after dispatch, or 14 days after the last update if 30 days have passed.
If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging before signing for the shipment.
If the package appears damaged, you should:
• note the issue on the courier’s delivery receipt;
• take clear photos of the damage;
• contact Cloudmouse within a reasonable time.
Failure to report visible shipping damage immediately may limit your right to claim compensation from the carrier.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, weather conditions, transport disruptions, customs holds, or other force majeure events.
